STEVENS POINT, Wis. - The No. 8/11-ranked UW-River Falls football team won big at UW-Stevens Point Saturday afternoon by a score of 75-14.

The Falcons, now 6-1 overall and 3-1 during league action, set a program record scoring total against a WIAC opponent with their 75 points scored. It also marks the second-highest margin of victory against a conference foe in UWRF history behind a 69-6 victory over UW-Superior set in 1989.

UWRF also set a program record with 12 touchdowns, passing for seven along with four on the ground. Additionally, the Falcons' 863 yards of total offense is the most in the program's modern era, the most since a 788-yard effort during the 2000 season versus UW-Eau Claire. The 863 yards of total offense is also breaks a WIAC record for conference games only, besting the previous most when UW-Oshkosh totaled 928 at UW-Stout in 2015.

Led by the trio of quarterbacks Kaleb BlahaKonnor Aufenthie, and Ben Wesolowski, UWRF set season-highs through the air, completing 36 passes for 513 yards and seven touchdowns. The Falcons also set a season-high with 350 rushing yards along with 41 first downs, which is the most since UWRF set a program and tied an NCAA Division III record with 44 during the inaugural Isthmus Bowl victory in 2021.

It took the Falcons under 10 minutes to earn a 27-0 lead and they continued to roll past the Pointers throughout the contest, led by a collective effort on both sides of the ball. 11 different Falcons found the end zone, including career firsts for Wesolowski, Stephen Reifenberger, and Cormac Shanoff.

Blaha, who only played in the first half before he was relieved by his cohorts Aufenthie and Wesolowski, accounted for six of the program-record 12 touchdowns, passing for 305 yards while tying a career and season-high with four passing scores. Wesolowski led the ground game with 103 yards, headlined by a 52-yard rushing score for his first touchdown as Falcon.

Jager Reissmann led the receiving core with a season-high 111 yards to go along with a season-high 44-yard rushing touchdown. 15 Falcons caught at least one pass.

Defensively, UWRF limited UWSP 14 first downs and a 4-of-15 third down conversion rate while forcing a pair of fumbles. Gage Timm led the Falcons with seven tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble, and one quarterback hurry.

The Falcons' sophomore kicker duo of Dawson Kriske and Justin Scheberl each set season-highs. Kriske totaled a season-high 568 yards on 11 kickoffs while Scheberl tied a career-high making nine PATs.

UWRF remains on the road next week to face UW-Stout in Menomine, Wis.
